In this stage, you will learn that what has been beating us over the years is not our mouth or stomach, but the cravings in our head. We will teach you how to get rid of your mental obsession with food so you can focus on the real problem and solve it permanently.
This stage includes:
- A 3-day workshop.
- 12 knowledge sessions.
You will learn the truth about the problem and the solution based on fully understanding our life’s struggle with weight and food.
In this stage, we will work together on achieving your healthy weight objective. We start with setting this objective and working on a plan to achieve it together. While we do that, we will continue to educate you on the problem, and start our real healing process. Remember losing weight is not the hard part; keeping it off is the real challenge.
This stage includes:
- Learning more about the problem and the solution (12 knowledge sessions).
- Achieving your weight
- Keep the extra weight off permanently.
It is time to start the real work! The work that will teach you more about yourself. Why do you go to food? Why do you overeat? Why do you use and abuse food? Why do you self-medicate your stressed brain and emotions with food?
This level of recovery involves learning to change your thinking and perspective on life to avoid unnecessary feelings that further your binging cycle; identifying emotions, and then learning healthier and more effective ways to cope with them without resorting to food.
By the time you get to STAGE 4 (Living Recovery), you will be ready for the final step of your journey, when you will be willing and happy to commit to trading your old food habits for a healthier lifestyle. Once you reach stage 4, you will be ready for the 180-switch to the new normal that fits the way you live your life. You will feel peace, serenity, and happiness on every level.
Once you are done with all 4 stages of this program, you will be living your new normal that fits the way you live life.
